Located just off Smith St in Collingwood.  Positioned on the top of a building some 30+m off the ground with direct line-of-sight to the city, Prahan Central and beyond, the Dandenongs, and Mt Macedon.  From here we can see half of Melbourne so it could prove useful {/regexpicons/emoticons/emoticon-face3.png ;)}
