Spelling: RGCentral
DESCRIPTION
* A regional group within Melbourne Wireless, that aims to promote
and encourage the growth the wireless network in the central suburbs
of Melbourne. (This includes suburbs like st. kilda, richmond,
fitzroy, collingwood, hawthorn, burwood, kew, etc etc) See Boundaries
[1] and our area page [2]
GOALS
* Meet reguarly, putting faces to names and building friendships,
therby giving people a better reason to invest on the network than
"it's cool"!!
MEMBERS
Garton [3] - NodeFJU [4] - Toy Satellite [5]
Drew [6] - NodeAAA [7] - (no, not in AU right now, but will move into
Central on return)
BrendanHiley [8] - NodeDIH [9] - Out in the NE, overlooking the rest
of central. Will provide linkage to Yarra Valley.
DanRenowden [10] - NodeBCE [11] - already got a link going to NodeDIA
[12].
JamesMollison [13] - NodeGBJ [14] - middle of richmond, testing with
Fenn.
FennBailey [15] - NodeFDF [16], NodeGIB [17] - S.Melb, Richmond
respectively.
Jules - NodeGKU [18] - In Richmond... done nothing noteworthy yet.
Michael - NodeBAE [19] - West Hawthorn - if a node pings in the
forest....
Paul - NodeGBO [20] - Richmond (Cremorne)
Abe - NodeGKF [21] - North Richmond - linking to BAE
Mitchell [22] - NodeEGG [23] - City grid
Clae [24] - NodeCIB [25] - South Yarra - awkwardly sandwiched between
Punt Hill and a big-ass bluestone church
Dan - NodeGMR [26] - I'm actually in RGSouthern [27] but I have LOS
to the South-East corner of the RGCentral area and have been able to
stumble my own signal from there
